Nepotism - What's your take?
A most common term we hear now a days is Nepotism aka parivaarwad or bhai bhatijawaad which exists almost in every field and most openly in politics and film industry. After the sad demise of Sushant Singh Rajput , this debate is started again in full swing. This wave has formed two groups, one that is completely against nepotism as Kangana Ranaut (who believes that there are always less opportunities and more struggle for outsiders. True.) and other that keeps justifying nepotism such as Ram Gopal Varma (shocked by his comments justifying nepotism which agitated me to pen down this article) and Karan Johar (who launches only star kids and says that it's his wish to work with whoever he wants to). Though parivaarwad is a common culture in politics as well, congress being the best example. What's your take?
